Wiki Ono - Week Six

Welcome to week 6 of Term 1.

This week we move back to Level 1 which means parents are allowed back into our classrooms.  We are so proud of the way the children are able to manage themselves each day as they do their morning jobs.  You can support your child to become independent by encouraging them to carry their own school bag and to complete their morning routines.

Kākano Sevens morning routine is:

1. Sanitise your hands

2. Book Bag in the Book Bag Box

3. Library Books in Library Box

4. Roll - Name on the board

5. Bag away!

It is still important if your child is sick that they do not attend school.  Snotty noses, coughs, and tummy bugs have been doing the rounds.  Please keep your child at home if they are unwell!

The First Aiders are fundraising this week and will have ice blocks for sale Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If your child would like to purchase an ice block they can bring $1 to school.

What is happening this week:

Monday:

  • Ice Blocks for sale at lunchtime $1

Tuesday:
